The single “Scream” was released 21years ago. It is a duet with Michaels Jacksons younger sister Janet Jackson, and produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis,  directed by Mark Romanek .

It was known as one of the best hits in the 90's but also the most expensive videos of all time, with their very own wipe-clean, hyper-modern spaceship, complete with indoor zen garden, remote controlled art gallery and futuristic squash court.

Cheapest Music Video

Lil Dicky and Fetty Wap created a music video which contradicts the typical rap music video by not spending any money and singing about not spending money, but also showed the stereotypical rapper music video as they managed to use expensive vehicles and settings.

This shows us that you do not need a massive budget in order to crate a professional music video but instead some creativity and to take action.
